I’m Heimy, and I’m passionate about real food, cooking from scratch, and helping people build a healthier lifestyle in a way that feels simple and sustainable.

My love for food started in Brazil, where meals were always about more than eating - they were about family, culture, connection, and sharing.

​

After studying pharmacology in Brazil and later Holistic Nutrition at Bauman College, I created NutriQuest to help people make more intentional food choices, understand their bodies better, and enjoy the process of eating well.

My Story

I have always been deeply interested in food, cooking from scratch, and the connection between nourishment and a healthy lifestyle.

I am originally from Brazil, where food is at the heart of community, family, and culture. Although rice and beans were everyday staples, meals were never just about eating - they were about gathering, sharing, celebrating, and honoring the richness of Brazilian cuisine.

​

Before beginning my journey in nutrition, I studied pharmacology in Brazil. I later traveled throughout Europe and eventually moved to London, where I learned English and earned my ISE Level 1 certification from Trinity College London.

​

In 2019, I moved to the United States and decided to pursue my dream of helping others on their journey toward a healthier lifestyle. I returned to college to study Holistic Nutrition at Bauman College, where I deepened my understanding of food, wellness, and the body’s natural ability to thrive.

 

From there, I combined my lifelong passion for cooking with my education in holistic nutrition and founded my nutrition consulting business - created to support people in making healthier, more intentional choices without losing the joy, culture, and pleasure of real food.
